1. What we collect

• Account info: sign-in email, name and avatar (from your Google account or the email you register with).
• Materials you provide: videos, images, store links, product info and text you upload to generate ads.
• Usage & billing records: tasks, generated results, credit balance, itemized charges and top-up orders.
• We never collect or store card numbers or payment credentials — payment happens on Alipay's or Creem's pages.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide and improve the service, for billing and reconciliation, for abuse prevention (including legally required content moderation), and to support you when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information or run unrelated profiling or advertising.

3. Third-party services

Providing the service involves these processors, each under its own privacy policy:

• Sign-in: Google OAuth / Firebase Authentication (email verification).
• Payments: Alipay (CNY top-ups); Creem (card/PayPal top-ups, handling orders, invoices and sales tax as Merchant of Record).
• AI generation: your materials and prompts are sent to the AI model providers we use (video/image/text APIs) solely to complete generation.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use only the session cookie required to keep you signed in — no third-party tracking cookies.

5. Retention & deletion

Materials and generated results stay in your account for you to view and download; billing records are retained as financially required. You can delete your account and associated data yourself anytime under Settings → Delete account (tasks, videos, brand library, profile — except transaction records we must keep by law), or email us to request it.
