点数是即时到账的虚拟商品，一经充值原则上不予退款（All purchases are final）。请在充值前查看计费说明，从小额档位开始试用。
重复扣款 / 到账错误：同一笔充值被重复收取，或到账点数与实付不符——核实后全额退差。除此之外不受理退款申请。
发邮件至 support@avogogo.fun，附上充值时间与订单金额。支付宝渠道原路退回，国际卡/PayPal 渠道由 Creem（Merchant of Record）执行退款，到账时间以卡组织为准（一般 5–10 个工作日）。

Credits are a virtual good delivered instantly. All purchases are final. Please review the pricing page before topping up, and start with a small package.
Duplicate charges / crediting errors: if a single top-up was charged more than once, or the credits received don't match what you paid, we refund the difference in full after verification. No other refund requests are accepted.
Email support@avogogo.fun with the top-up time and order amount. Alipay refunds return via the original channel; card/PayPal refunds are executed by Creem (our Merchant of Record) — bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
