1. The service

avogogo is an AI ad-creative tool for app marketing: competitor analysis, ad script generation and AI video rendering. Generated content is produced by AI and may contain errors — review everything before running it as an ad.

2. Your account

Sign in with a Google account or a verified email, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share or transfer accounts, or mass-register accounts to farm signup credits; we may restrict service for violations.

3. Credits & billing

• Features are billed in credits. Costs accrue in real time based on actual usage while a task runs and are deducted from your balance.
• Purchased credits never expire; credits are a virtual benefit and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
• Top-ups support Alipay (CNY) and international cards/PayPal (USD, collected and invoiced by Creem as Merchant of Record). Credits from either channel are identical.
• Rates are described on the pricing page; every charge is itemized in your billing history. Rate changes are announced on the site and never affect charges already incurred.

4. Your materials & generated content

• You warrant that you hold the rights to any videos, images, store links and other materials you upload, and that they contain nothing infringing or unlawful.
• Generated videos are yours to use; compliance responsibility for using third-party materials or running generated content as ads rests with you.
• We process your materials only to provide the service (including calls to third-party AI models) and for no other purpose.

5. Prohibited use & content moderation

Do not use the service to generate false advertising, infringing, sexual, violent, discriminatory or deepfake content, and do not scrape, reverse-engineer, attack or abuse the service. Prompts sent to AI image/video models pass automated moderation first; failing requests are not generated. Violations may result in termination without credit refunds.

6. Privacy

We collect only what the service needs (sign-in email, avatar, task and billing records) and never sell your personal information. Contact us to delete your account and data.

7. Disclaimers & changes

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content, ad performance, or indirect damages. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
